Cube Orange+ (IMU V8)

The Cube Orange+ is a modular autopilot that can be mounted on various carrier boards versions. The Airbot Systems Mini Carrier Board is the perfect example.

This Cube version has an H7 processor. It has a double precision (DP) FPU, 1 MB of RAM and a CPU processor clocked at 400 MHz. It offers high performance, extremely fast operation and a stable solution for flight.
The Cube carries the entire flight management unit (FMU) and inertial unit (IMU).
The IMUs are temperature controlled by integrated heaters, and enable optimal operating temperature of the IMUs.
The Cube has triple redundancy of internal sensors and two of the IMUs are isolated from vibrations thanks to a, internal technical foam. This version offers the possibility of adjusting the PWM output voltages between 3.3V and 5V.

Like the brand’s previous autopilot models, the Cube Orange+ can be used with Ardupilot or PX4 firmware. These firmwares allow the use of the Cube Orange+ in different types of vehicles : Multirotors, planes, helicopters, boats, rovers, and many more…
